LAB RESULTS POLICY
It is the policy of Family Medical Associates to notify you of all laboratory test results.
Abnormal results are always called as soon as possible and normal results will be reported to you in letter form, usually within 7 business days.
If you have not heard from us or have not received results within 7 business days, please call our office.
